Working Method:
The chili paste grinding machie is based on the relative motion of the stator and rotor with different geometric shapes in high-speed rotation. When machining materials by adjusting the STATOR and rotor gap under its own weight, air pressure and Centrifugal Force, it receives a powerful shearing force, friction, influence, high frequency vibration and other combined forces to effectively crush, disperse, emulsify and mix to obtain ideal product. There are three grinding areas in the crushing room, the first stage is the coarse grinding area, the second stage is the fine grinding area and the third stage is the ultra-fine grinding area. By adjusting the gap between the stator and the rotor, the desired effect of ultra-micro crushing (can also be recycled) .
